‘Nude games’ contestants fined RM5,000 each

Well, there wasn’t any cover up.The Star Online reports that three women and a man who participated in a nudist sports game in Teluk Kampi two years ago were fined RM5,000 each.According to the report, Teh Guan Hoon, 39, Kong Meng Long, 40, Chan Chia Wen, 29, and Chew Tok Hua, 59, had admitted to the offence when the case was brought up last Friday.

The four had initially claimed trial to the charge on in August 2014, but changed their plea.

They were charged with committing obscene acts at a public space in Teluk Bahang which caused public unrest.

Balik Pulau OCPD Supt Lai Fah Hin told The Star Online that they were released after they paid their fine.

Six other participants pleaded guilty to the offence when they were charged in 2014, and were jailed a month and also fined RM5,000 each. – Coconut Media
